We are seeking paid, full-time Interns to work with our staff members on research, client support, and administrative tasks at the CCS office in Washington, DC. Along with working closely with CCS staff and clients, Interns will also be expected to be able to carry out projects independently. Interns will gain a number of skills that are transferrable to a career in the political consulting arena as a result of their experience at Crossroads! 

Job Description:

Completing political research tasks on the local, state and national levels. 

Tailoring social media messages to help grow the social media base of CCS and its clients. 

Assisting staff with the production of various deliverables to clients (proposals, fundraising letters, et al. 

Providing support with client-work in the corporate, electoral, and non-profit fields.

Working with constituents in several capacities for the different campaigns that CCS runs.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Capacity to multitask

Ability to do independent research.

Capable of taking on a project with limited instruction. 

Excels when working in a team

Knowledge of social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

Campaign or consulting experience a plus. 

This position requires a full-time commitment - as such, college graduates or part-time students are encouraged to apply. We are accepting interns on a rolling basis. Interns will receive a stipend of $1000 a month. The internship time frame is three months.
